Toronto, Ottawa and UHN to create 200 new supportive homes for people with complex health needs
The City of Toronto, the Government of Canada and University Health Network are expanding their social medicine housing model to create roughly 200 new supportive homes across three sites, starting with about 80 homes near Toronto Western Hospital.
