Severe thunderstorm watch covers Toronto as heavy rain, damaging winds move in
Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Toronto and much of southern Ontario, warning of heavy rainfall, damaging wind gusts and large hail through Tuesday evening.
